Ordering

  • After completing your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email with details of products, prices, and billing and delivery address. In case of any errors in the confirmation, please contact info@punkgarden.com immediately.

Delivery

  • Our normal delivery times are 2-5 days. Please note that orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday. In case of delivery delays without notification of a longer delivery time, please contact info@punkgarden.com Please note that deliveries may take an extra day during high workloads before Christmas, both with us and the transport companies.

Prices

  • All prices are in SEK and include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices in the event of supplier price changes, misprints in the price list or inaccuracies in price information. Price adjustments may be made.

Right of withdrawal & return

  • When purchasing on our website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the goods.
  • You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, so the products should be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.
  • Uncollected packages incur a return shipping cost of 99 SEK.
  • Please check carefully that the address provided when ordering is correct and collect the package on time to avoid additional costs.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to

  • Products that have been sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (seal) has been broken by you.
  • Custom-made product, which has been tailored especially for you or has a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
  • Services that have been completed and where you have expressly agreed to the service commencing without the right of withdrawal.
  • Goods that can deteriorate quickly, such as food.
  • Serial numbers of newspapers or magazines.

Complaints and Complaints

  • We carefully inspect all products before delivery, but if a damaged or faulty product is received, we undertake to rectify the fault free of charge in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
  • Always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
  • Complaints should be sent immediately after discovery of a defect to info@punkgarden.com

How do you proceed in the event of a complaint?

  • Any errors and defects should always be reported to fredrik@punkgarden.com, where you provide your name, address, email address, order number and a description of the error.
  • If we are unable to remedy the fault or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We will cover return shipping for approved complaints.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. When making complaints, we follow guidelines from the Swedish General Complaints Board, see arn.se

Limitation of liability

  • We are not responsible for indirect damages that may arise due to the product. Force Majeure (e.g., labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-existent delivery from the supplier) exempts us from liability.

Product information

  • We reserve the right to make corrections to the website and to final sales of products. Product images may differ slightly depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. However, we always strive to display the products as fairly and accurately as possible.

  • According to the Electronic Information Act, visitors to a website must be informed, for privacy purposes, that cookies are used. The information in the cookie can be used to track a user's surfing.   • Punk Garden AB is responsible for the processing of personal data. Your personal data is processed by us to be able to handle your order and in cases where you have requested newsletters or campaign offers - to be able to adapt marketing to your individual needs.

What is personal data?

What data do we store?

  • In order to be able to handle your order and answer questions related to your order (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, telephone number, email address, IP address and purchase history.

Legal basis

What data is shared and for what purpose?

Payment provider

  • When making a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. What is stored is first name, last name, address, email address and telephone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, your social security number is also saved with the payment provider. The information is saved to be able to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud.
  • The payment providers (payment services) that we use are: Klarna, Shopify payments.

Shipping company

  • In order to deliver your orders and complete our agreement, we must share specific information with the shipping company. What is shared with the shipping company is your first name, last name, and delivery address information. Your email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification purposes. Our partner is Postnord.

Newsletter

  • If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name and email address will be shared with our newsletter provider. This is to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.

The right of access

  • You have the right to receive extracts of all information we hold about you. Extracts are delivered electronically in a readable format.
