Ordering

  • After completing the order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email with details of products, prices and billing and delivery address. In case of any errors in the confirmation, please contact info@punkgarden.com immediately.

Delivery

  • Our normal delivery times are 2-5 days. Please note that orders placed on weekends are shipped the following Monday. In case of delivery delays without notification of a longer delivery time, please contact info@punkgarden.com Note that deliveries may take a few extra days during high workload before Christmas, both with us and the transport companies.

Prices

  • All prices are stated in SEK and include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices in the event of supplier price changes, misprints in the price list or inaccuracies in price information. Price adjustments may be made.

Right of withdrawal & return

  • When purchasing on our website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you receive the item.
  • You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.
  • Unclaimed packages incur a return shipping cost of SEK 99.
  • Please check carefully that the address given when ordering is correct and pick up the package in time to avoid extra costs.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to

  • Products that have been sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (sealing) has been broken by you.
  • Custom-made product, which has been tailored especially for you or has a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
  • Services that have been completed and where you have expressly consented to the commencement of the service without right of withdrawal.
  • Goods that can quickly deteriorate, for example food.
  • Loose numbers of newspapers or magazines.

Claims and Complaints

  • We carefully inspect all products before delivery, but if a damaged or faulty product is received, we undertake to rectify the fault free of charge in accordance with current consumer protection legislation.
  • Always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
  • Complaints must be sent immediately after discovery of a defect to info@punkgarden.com

How do you proceed with a complaint?

  • Any errors and defects must always be reported to fredrik@punkgarden.com, where you state your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error.
  • If we are unable to remedy the defect or supply a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We are responsible for return shipping in the event of approved complaints.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see arn.se

Limitation of liability

  • We do not accept responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product. Force Majeure (eg, labor disputes, fire, war, government decision, reduced or non-delivery by supplier) exempts us from liability.

Product information

  • We reserve the right for typographical errors on the website and final sale of products. Product images may differ slightly depending on monitor, photo quality and resolution. However, we always strive to display the products as fairly and accurately as possible.

  • According to the Electronic Information Act, visitors to a website for privacy purposes must be informed that cookies are being used. The information in the cookie can be used to track a user's browsing. A cookie is a small text file that the website you visit requests to be saved on your computer in order to provide access to various functions.   • By shopping at Punk Garden AB, you agree to our data protection policy and processing of your personal data. We protect your privacy and we do not sell your data to third parties without a legal basis.
  • Punk Garden AB is responsible for processing personal data. Your personal data is processed by us in order to be able to handle your order and in the instances when you have requested newsletters or promotional offers - to be able to adapt the marketing to your individual needs.

What is personal data?

  • Personal data is all information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a natural person.

What data do we store?

  • In order to handle your order and answer questions related to your order (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address and purchase history.
  • Your data is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your data, for example to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation according to, for example, the Accounting Act.

Legal basis

  • In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed to complete the agreement with you. Marketing, campaigns and similar mailings take place with your consent.

What information is shared and for what purpose?

Payment provider

  • When making purchases, information is shared with our payment provider. What is stored is first name, last name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, the social security number is also saved with the payment provider. The information is saved to be able to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud.
  • The payment providers (payment services) we use are: Klarna, Shopify payments.

Freight company

  • In order to deliver your orders and complete our contract, we need to share specific information with the shipping company. What is shared with the shipping company is first name, last name and address information for delivery. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification. Our cooperation partner is Postnord.

Newsletter

  • If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name and email address will be shared with our newsletter provider. This is to be able to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.

The right of access

  • You have the right to receive extracts from all information that we hold about you. Extracts are delivered electronically in a readable format.

Right to rectification

  • You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or supplement information that is incomplete.

The right to be forgotten

  • You can at any time request that the data relating to you be deleted. There are few exceptions to the right to erasure, such as if it must be kept because we have to fulfill a legal obligation (for example, according to the Accounting Act).

  • We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions which will be published online. Changes are considered approved upon ordering or visiting the website.

Dispute and Choice of Law

  • In the event of a dispute without consensus, you can turn to the General Complaints Board (arn.se) or the European Commission's platform for mediation in disputes (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Disputes about interpretation or application of the terms follow Swedish law.
