Leek

Blue Green Winter is a very good and tasty winter leek that is hardy and resistant. May erect blue-green leaves with long white stems. Pre-cultivated indoors in February-April and planted out when the risk of frost is over. Cup soil around the necks to get long stems. Harvested from September-October. During mild winters, the leeks can be left and harvested later. They can also be covered with fiber cloth or embedded in hay/straw.
