A very nice early broccoli, well adapted to our Swedish conditions.
Sow as early as March for an early harvest and continue sowing new rounds until June for a late autumn harvest. Also goes well in greenhouses for even later harvest. Plant out after the last frost. Can handle moderate frost if it is softened and preferably under fiber cloth.
Produces many lateral shoots after the head is harvested, extending the harvest season. Don't forget to eat the "stem" as well, it's almost the best part of the broccoli. Sweet, firm broccoli flavor.
Larger plant spacing gives more lateral shoots.
