This flour corn is considered almost legendary for its fantastic taste that varies with the colors, which go from light yellow, gold and to deep dark red, with more intense aroma the darker the cob. The flour from the corn makes fantastic polenta, tortilla or sweet pastries. Selection by Oregon-based grower Oracle Carol Deppe. Height approx. 160 cm.
