Paprika King of the North is a pepper that has been developed especially for our Nordic climate. It produces plenty of block-shaped, red peppers with a nice, sweet taste. The variety is equally suitable for growing in greenhouses as in the open field, and often gives a substantial harvest even during slightly cooler summers. The fruits are good to eat fresh in salads or on sandwiches, but work just as well in cooking - for example grilled, oven-roasted or in casseroles.
Sow the seeds indoors during February–March, and plant out only when the risk of night frost is over.
