Sunflower - Peredovick

Peredovick is an old Russian sunflower with extra large flower baskets (25-30 cm) and black seeds that are more oily than the striped ones. The plants grow about 150-200 cm high and produce a flower basket per plant with few side shoots. Peredovick blooms early and the flowers are classic sunny yellow.
