A wonderfully good spinach with a high yield. Rounded arrow-shaped leaves on a plant that grows to about 20 cm high. You can direct sow it in the spring for harvest in the summer, but it is also a variety that is great for experimenting with. If you have a greenhouse or live in the south, you can sow it in autumn and harvest in late autumn/winter or try sowing it as early as January/February so it will germinate when it is ready and you have the opportunity to harvest early. This is a crop for you with a desire to experiment, so dare to try out what works best for you with your particular conditions!
