A delicious spinach with a high yield. Rounded arrow-shaped leaves on a plant that grows about 20 cm tall. You can sow it directly in the spring for a harvest during the summer, but it is also a variety that is great for experimenting with. If you have a greenhouse or live in the south, you can sow it in the fall and harvest during late fall/winter, or try sowing it as early as January/February, it will sprout when it is ready and you have the opportunity for an early harvest. This is a crop for those of you who like to experiment, so dare to try out what works best for you and your particular conditions!
